Our New Year Beginner Courses have been a massive success, with some amazing people opting to stay with us for the longer duration.

80% of the course students enjoyed themselves so much that they signed up to a minimum of 2 classes per week moving forwards, in either Boxing or Thai/Kickboxing.

By far the most popular was the evening Ladies only Kickboxing group with 28 participants, most making it to the end of the four weeks, even if they have decided not to continue. This was followed by the Ladies Morning Kickboxing and the Early Risers Mixed Boxing courses.

Over the duration of four weeks we have worked on basic skills including footwork, movement, striking and pad holding – as well as pushing the boundaries with a gentle escalation towards more intense workouts for strength and fitness.

A great bunch of people all round and we look forward to continuing to support them on their journey!

The next Ladies Only Beginners Course dates have just been released with a strong uptake already. The Early Risers will follow shortly along with a number of other new 4 week options (we are just trying to fit them into the timetable!
