We are very pleased with the excellent coaches available. There is something for everyone, whether you are interested in fitness or sparring. There are various grades to progress through, which helps keep children motivated. The atmosphere is friendly, and the facility is lovely. We highly recommend it. Booking is easy through the app, communication about activities is excellent, and flexible payment plans are available.

Highly recommended gym. Friendly and energetic atmosphere with great facilities. Coaches are professional and knowledgeable. I have never imagined that I would do kickboxing in my 50s. Absolutely enjoyed the full body work out of every session. After few months, my strength, stability and fitness level have improved immensely. Come and have a go, you will love it ! Linda
