The Fit 2 Box Beginners Boxing Course begins in just under two weeks. It will be a 4 week course on Tuesday & Thursday @ 6pm. It will suit you if you are a complete beginner or someone with a little more experience, just getting back into training.

This mixed group will cover basic fitness, strength & conditioning, single punches, combinations, footwork and defence. You will use, punchbags, focus pads and each other (non contact), as an introduction and preparation for the opportunity to continue beyond the 4 week course.

Training is at a comfortable pace with coaches pushing you just out of that comfort zone as you progress. You will see a positive increase in your basic cardio as well as your confidence.
