  • An introduction to Boxing. Fitness, structure & discipline, catering for all levels.
  • Following a developing, certified and recognised phase testing system to register progression.
  • Designed to improve confidence, self esteem and physical skills.
  • Multiple coach sessions (2-5), breaking down skill sets and abilities for maximum progress.
  • All coaches specifically trained via The Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts, DBS checked, 1st aid and Health & safety certificated.
