Junior Boxing (5-9 yrs)
- An introduction to Fitness, structure & discipline, catering for all levels.
- Following a developing, certificated and recognised grading system.
- Designed to improve confidence,
self esteem and physical skills. - Regular grading feedback + 6 monthly assessments identifying issues and providing the assistance required. Establishing goals and targets to maximise progress.
- Multiple coach sessions (4+), breaking down ages and abilities into smaller groups.
- All coaches specifically trained via The Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts, DBS checked, 1st aid and Health & safety certificated.
