Junior & Youth

LITTLE KICKS PRE-SCHOOLERS

Ages 3-4 yrs, Monday and Wednesday at 15:45. 30 mins class. Maximum 10 children a class.

This is for our youngest students, playing lots of fun sports, specific non contact games whilst learning about about technique and fitness. We encourage parents to join in by holding pads and kick shields.

JUNIOR KICKBOXING

Ages 5-9 yrs. Monday and Wednesday at 16:15. 45 mins class.

This is one of the most popular classes on our timetable. Generally you will see between 4 to 7 instructors in this class.

Following an initial warm up the class is broken down into age and ability. the initial group is a transitional one to assist Pre-Schoolers and new students adapt to the training system. From there we move the students through with regular gradings and quarterly assessments focussing on, fitness, technique, confidence building and discipline.

JUNIOR BOXING

Ages 5-9 yrs. Tuesday and Thursday at 16:15. 45 mins class.

Following the success of the Junior Kickboxing, Junior Boxing has now been added to the time table.

Following an initial warm up the class is broken down into age and ability. the initial group is a transitional one to assist Pre-Schoolers and new students adapt to the training system. From there we move the students through with regular Phase testing and quarterly assessments focussing on, fitness, technique, confidence building and discipline.

YOUTH BOXING

Ages 10-14 year olds Tuesday, Thursday at 17:30 and Saturday at 11:00.

An excellent introduction to Boxing. Our approach is to teach the skills and techniques whilst building fitness, discipline and confidence.

Students are encouraged to work together and as a team on pads, bags and with each other developing an intelligent approach to their boxing. Regular phase testing helps monitor progress

There is a sparring option for those who reach a level but this is always optional.

YOUTH KICKBOXING

Ages 10-14 Monday and Wednesday at 17:30.

Ages 10-14 year olds Tuesday, Thursday at 17:30 and Saturday at 11:00.
