Muay Thai / K1 (Adults)

The Science of 8 limbs and beyond.
Muay Thai/K1 program for 15 yrs upwards.

Little Kicks KBX

Kickboxing program for juniors.
Split into age groups with two levels in each group.
4-5 yrs old
5-7 yrs old
8-10 yrs old
Specific training programs dedicated to each group.

 

Generation X KBX

Muay Thai / KBX program for the 10-14 yrs age group.
A little more serious than ‘Little Kicks’, the emphasis is on fast track learning and the development of the fast maturing athlete.

With multiple instructors classes are broken down into age and ability and conducted in a safe but competitive manner.

Male & Female – Beginners welcome!

 

Muay Thai / K1 Level 1

Group classes offering an introduction (or re-introduction) to the ancient art with a higher emphasis on technique whilst improving fitness.

  • Pad holding & Bag work
  • 1 on 1 technical training

Muay Thai / K1 Level 2 Upward

Fusion Fit

Group classes for all levels majoring on fitness training but adding in some technical flavour. Each different class delivering a unique angle. It’s a great opportunity to experience more variety in your training than an average Boot Camp.
