This 12 lesson course is for complete beginners covering the basic skills of boxing including fitness. It is the ideal preparation and foundation for moving into a regular class.

Boxing training is something everybody wants to do but it gets put off to a later date because of “work commitments” or “want to get fitter before they start” or you maybe find boxing gyms intimidating.
